CMHA’s installer training program features three types of highly qualified authorized instructors: professional instructors, industry instructors, and university instructors. Each group brings specialized expertise and experience, ensuring the courses are both educationally excellent and industry-relevant. Continuing Education

Recertification ensures continued competence in installing manufactured concrete systems and is a vital part of CMHA’s Certified Installer programs. Through ongoing education, professionals enhance their skills, advance their careers, and uphold industry standards.

Cancellation Policy: Registrants who provide written notice of cancellation at least seven days in advance of the course or education event start date shall receive a full refund less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be made for failure to attend a course or education event or if notice of cancellation is received seven or fewer days in advance of the course or education event start date. In cases of inclement weather, the Executive Director may waive the seven day cancellation notice requirement at their discretion. Substitutions shall be permitted from the same company at any time prior to the course start date and shall be assessed a $50 administrative fee. Registrants requesting a transfer to an alternate course shall be assessed a $50 administrative fee. Registrants may not transfer between live and online courses once courses have started. Credit balances must be used within a one-year period for future courses. CMHA is not responsible for expenses incurred due to cancellation of a course.
