Annual Meeting

CMHA's 2025 Annual Meeting will take place in Indianapolis, IN for three-days of celebration and collaboration as our members work to propel the industry forward.

Feb. 2-5, 2025

The Precast Show to follow from Feb. 5-7, 2025

The CMHA Annual Meeting serves as a setting for our members to join forces in an effort to advocate for segmental concrete products and systems through the creation and implementation of proven, time-tested solutions. Attendance comprises of the different voting membership types who hold seats on CMHA committees to maximize networking opportunities, participate in exciting social events, and more. Furthermore, the Meeting provides a space where members can connect with colleagues and industry experts from all over the world in an effort to continue to propel the industry forward. Those who attend often round out the week by visiting, or exhibiting at The Precast Show. 

All meeting attendees must be CMHA members. Full meeting registration packages include access to all open committee meetings, networking events, a General Session Luncheon, and includes entry to The Precast Show. Spouse, child, and guest registrations are also available.

CMHA’s discounted room rates in the group block will be available starting Feb. 1, 2025 through Feb. 8, 2025.

CMHA Room Rate: $229/night + applicable taxes

Reservation Deadline:

Reservations with the group rate will close on January 13, 2025. Please contact Erin Hobson for assistance with hotel accommodations.

*New Reservation Policy: All reservations must be accompanied by a non-refundable first night room deposit, paid with a major credit card. Any reservation completely canceled will be charged for one night’s room and tax. Hotel contracts are negotiated for the benefit of housing those who attend NPCA events. These contracted rooms are placed in an official housing block and reserving a room will require event registration.
