Becoming an SRW Trainer

If you want to take the reins, and augment and better the workforce that can skyrocket your business — and the industry as a whole — this is the program.

Become an SRW Trainer and educate installers by offering NCMA certification courses in your own region.

Who can become a trainer?

NCMA members and anyone in the SRW industry who has taken this class and passed the exam .

Why should one become a trainer?

You can significantly increase the quality of your business’s output — and you can save time and money by leading a more efficient and productive team of installers. Not only that, but you’ll gain exposure in the marketplace and make inroads by becoming a resource for local contractors.

How do you become a trainer?

  1. Take the SRW Basic Installer Course (now available online here).
  2. Pass the exam (also available with the online SRW Basic Installer Course).
  3. Purchase and complete the NCMA SRWBTa – SRW Basic Trainer Education on NCMA EDU Online. The 40 min presentation must be viewed and the quiz completed with a minimum score of 80% is necessary to pass. The cost for initial authorization is $150, and the authorization is good for three years.
  4. Once you complete the online course, NCMA staff will send you a speaker authorization form for each program you become authorized to present. Once that form is signed and returned with an updated bio, we will send you a download link to the presentation and forms.
